1) Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1) Report to the Domestic Marketing Department. This is a sales manager position responsible for market sales and customer maintenance in assigned provinces and cities under the leadership of the Brand Division Manager;

2) Participate in or assist higher management in implementing relevant policies and systems. Develop sales plans for the assigned region (2-3 provinces) and regularly complete sales tasks and work objectives set by superiors;

3) Maintain contact and communication with customers, promptly update the "Customer Information Interaction Log" for the region, and develop and nurture key regional markets and major clients;

4) Understand and identify customer needs and purchase intentions, create a monthly "Market Status Analysis and Action Plan," and execute it as planned to facilitate initial cooperation with clients and expand business;

5) Visit and interact with clients according to the plan and requirements, and complete the "Business Trip & Visit Tracking Form" as required;

6) Provide feedback on market information and customer needs within the region and submit reports as required by the company;

7) Keep informed about the market and industry, understand the latest market trends and competitive product information, and report to superiors in a timely manner;

8) Collect information about potential clients;

9) Coordinate with other departments to ensure pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services are well-handled, improving overall customer satisfaction;

10) Collect accounts receivable.

11) Career Development: Regional Manager → District Sales Supervisor → Brand Division Manager;


Requirements:

A. College degree or above, with over 1 year of experience in sales;

B. High school or vocational school diploma, with over 1 year of sales experience in professional audio or smart audio-visual industry;

C. Quick thinker, strong verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills;

D. Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office;

E. Strong professional ethics, logical thinking, analytical and judgment skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain major clients;

F. Responsible and capable of handling high work pressure;

G. Willing to travel to other provinces as required.


2) Sales Clerk / Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1) Report to the Domestic Marketing Department, as part of the sales assistant team under the Brand Division Manager;

2) Assist sales personnel in searching, confirming, and organizing new client resources;

3) Provide consulting services for visiting customers;

4) Assist sales personnel with pre-sales "Proposal & Configuration Documents," in-sales "Order Forms & Delivery Notes," and post-sales record tracking and shipment notifications;

5) Remind sales personnel of current month's accounts receivable;

6) Career Development: Sales Clerk → Sales Assistant Team Leader;

Requirements:

A. High school or vocational school diploma, with over 1 year of sales or sales assistant experience;

B. Quick thinker, reasonably strong verbal and communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities;

C. Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office;
